Does your dealership use Twitter or Facebook to interact with customers?

  1. Looks like there's no dealer who is opposed to using digital or social media to open additional contact channels with your customers - that's great!

    For those who currently do not do this but are open to it, would it be helpful for you if we shared a list of automotive industry users on Twitter? This could help you explore how our industry is embracing these tools to go wherever our customers are.
