MPi ROCKS: MPi SOLD A $5,000.00 JOB (Customer Story)

We love it when dealerships share their wonderful stories about what EDGE is doing for them!  The Parts and Service Director at Mac Churchill Acura, Casey Pollard, recently highlighted how the EDGE system can make a signicant difference in  educating customers to the needed services your dealership recommends.  Vehicle owners need information and CONFIDENCE to make a purchase, and EDGE helps them get there!  Check out this awesome account of EDGE at work.

My Asst. Service Manager Kimmie was dealing with a customer that he has dealt with many times in the past and never sold more than a few hundred dollars at a time. He emailed the customer the RAP and the customer replied it was very helpful info and asked Kimmie to deliver the car. When Kimmie arrived the customer asked Kimmie to come in for a cup of coffee and explain this “fancy report you sent me” after Kimmie spent about 5 minutes going over in detail the RAP the customer stopped him and said “Kimmie, take my car back to your shop and do it all, I have never been able to understand what exactly my car needed until this visit”.

A very hearty congratulations to Andy Holmes and Beach Ford Lincoln in Suffolk, VA for their enormous success as our REV IT UP Grand Champion!  Andy is the proud winner of these excellent prizes:
