MPi Support Extends Hours to Better Serve Dealerships

Beginning Jauary 2nd, 2012, MPi Support will be open one hour earlier, starting at 4:00 AM PT, instead of 5:00 AM PT.

As always, an On Call Tech is available 24/7, 365 days a year!

Important MPi Support Advisory: Scheduled Maintaince for Weekend of 12/10/11

Shops should have received this communication earlier this week, but please note this important Support Advisory for Scheduled Maintenance This Weekend:

 
The EDGE program itself will not be affected by this maintenance (unless your Service Manager was called), but many ancillary services will be unavailable during this period.

Please accept this reminder that we will be performing extended maintenance of various EDGE ancillary services beginning on Friday night, 12/09/11, at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.    We anticipate that the maintenance will be completed no later than Monday morning by 2:00 AM PT, 12/12/11.  The EDGE program itself will not be affected by this maintenance unless your Service Manager was called, but many ancillary services will be unavailable during this period, including the systems listed below.

The following services will be unavailable between 6:00 PM PT Friday, 12/09/11 and 2:00 AM PT Monday, 12/12/11:
   
·         EDGE Reports Center (ERC)
·         EDGE Performance Portal (EPP)
·         Integration with OEM websites for Tech View data
·         Smart Tech
·         Delivery of regularly scheduled e-mail reports
·         Customer Portal/Center and the MPi website at www.mpi-edge.com
·         Email hosted on knowyourvehicle.com will be unavailable (for some shops, this means while EDGE remains up, you may be unable to email in EDGE)
·         Notifier Email alerts will be suspended during this maintenance period
·         Access to centralized packages via EDGE admin options
·         Any data feeds to third party vendors will be suspended during this maintenance period
Please note that we hope to have these systems back up and running before 2:00 AM PT on Monday morning, 12/12/11.

Please be aware that if the Treatment Plan is edited by more than one person, EDGE may provide a connection error asking the user to "retry" or "cancel".  The user must cancel and restart EDGE in order to continue operation.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause if it affects your shop.  Our development team is working diligently to correct this and  a patch update will be available soon.  Thank you in advance for your patience.  Please contact MPi Support if you have any concerns or questions at support@mpi-edge.com or by phone at 877-567-4349.
